Role: Junior Software Support Consultant
Location: Doncaster (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £27,000 - £34,000

I'm working with a well-established and growing software business based in Doncaster, currently seeking a Junior Software Support Consultant to join their UK team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure, who's looking to grow their career in software support, implementation, and testing.

The Role:

This position will see you become an integral part of the support and implementation team. You'll manage incoming help desk queries, assist with product testing, work closely with developers, and help deliver software solutions to clients.

The role offers genuine development opportunities, mentorship, and the chance to build a long-term career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:

Handle and resolve inbound support requests via the help desk
Perform functional and regression testing of software products
Liaise with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements
Support the delivery of software implementations and client onboarding
Contribute to internal documentation and user guidesRequirmetns :

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in cloud-hosted environments (e.g. Azure AD, App Services)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working both independently and within a teamDesirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in a technical support, QA/testing, or software implementation role
Familiarity with help desk or ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, Zendesk)
Basic knowledge of SQL or scriptingWhat's on Offer:
