Dover Fueling Solutions are looking for an Automation and Manual Tester to join our growing team at Fairbanks, Dover Fueling Solutions on a full-time and permanent basis.

What we do:

The engineering team at Dover Fueling Solutions are responsible for building, improving and maintaining our wetstock management platform. This platform assists fuel retailers around the globe to manage their forecourts and fuel by managing their data.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automation testing and hand-on experiences with tools like C#, Javascript, Python, SQL and Postman, Selenium. Working alongside experienced engineers you will support the testing team with automation, performance, load and regression testing to ensure product reliability, functionality and a positive user experience.

The successful candidate will:

Experience with functional and automation testing for both web applications and back-end services.

Experience with commercial Test Management/Defect tracking tools.

Extensive knowledge of C#

Experience working with SQL.

Experience in writing automation test in C#.

Knowledge of integrating Automation testing into CICD pipelines.

Experience using Postman and Selenium.

Experience of different test types (e.g. smoke, regression, security, integration, exploratory, end-to-end)

Proficient in designing, writing and implementing test plans, scripts and test cases.

Expertise in Cross Browser and Cross Platform compatibility testing

Experience analysing and triaging test failures to identify root causes and work towards resolutions though team collaboration.

Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Have strong customer service skills and the ability to work within strict deadlines.

Able to work in a team environment.

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly highlight risks/issues and report testing effectiveness.
