Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer
Location: Remote | Permanent | Salary: Up to £70,000

Are You a Skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer? Do you have a passion for developing, customizing, and optimizing Business Central solutions? Are you looking for an opportunity to work on exciting projects, solve complex challenges, and collaborate with experienced teams?
This role offers the chance to work on end-to-end Business Central development, from customization and integrations to performance optimisation. You’ll be a key contributor in delivering scalable, high-performing solutions that enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions using AL, C/AL, and extensions.
Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Implement Business Central integrations with Office 365, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
Develop and optimize APIs, web services, and data exchange processes.
Work on data migration, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure system stability.
Maintain technical documentation, code repositories, and best practices for development.
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation maintenance.
Stay updated on latest Business Central releases and Microsoft technologies, incorporating new features into solutions.Essential Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision development.
Strong proficiency in AL, C/AL, and extensions for Business Central.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
Familiarity with API development, REST/SOAP web services, and OData.
Working knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and database performance tuning.
Experience integrating Business Central with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across Business Central applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Desirable Skills:
Experience with third-party solutions such as Continia, Jet Reports, or Tasklet Factory.
Knowledge of Azure Services, Microsoft Graph API, and cloud-based integrations.
Exposure to Power Apps development or other low-code platforms.
