About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler / Architect to join a dynamic team delivering a high-impact Master Data Management (MDM) program within a leading financial services environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in data modeling and a track record of implementing data architecture across enterprise-level systems including CRM and Finance.

You’ll play a key role in the design and execution of scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions, collaborating with data architects, analysts, and engineering teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for MDM and enterprise applications

  • Create end-to-end data lifecycle flows, mapped to both logical models and physical systems

  • Maintain comprehensive data dictionaries, metadata, and entity relationship diagrams

  • Translate business requirements into optimized data structures and schemas

  • Define and enforce data governance standards and best practices

  • Model both structured and unstructured data for relational and NoSQL environments

  • Ensure security, integrity, and compliance across data models

  • Implement data models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Snowflake

  • Contribute to data integration, migration, and reconciliation strategies

    Your Profile

    Essential Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in data modeling and Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Strong hands-on experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, or ER/Studio

  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with platforms like Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, BigQuery

  • Background in financial services, capital markets, or technology consulting

  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and compliance standards

  • Experience with ETL processes, APIs, and real-time data integration

    Desirable

  • Familiarity with modern cloud data ecosystems

  • Experience with both on-prem and cloud data platforms

  • Exposure to enterprise CRM and Finance systems from a data modelling perspective
