Your Impactful Role:

As a key player in their outstanding Early Years provision, you will transform young lives by:

Providing tailored, inspirational support to pupils who need it most.

Acting as a catalyst for learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Creatively adjusting activities based on children's needs and responses.

Collaborating with a committed team to plan your role in lessons and provide crucial feedback.

Working dynamically with children one-to-one, in small groups, and as a whole class.

What You'll Bring:

You are a committed team player with a flair for organisation and a genuine passion for making a positive difference. To be successful, you will have:

A relevant qualification (such as NNEB, Level 3 NVQ in Early Years, a Diploma in Childcare Education, or a BTEC National Diploma in Early Years) OR specific training and recent, relevant experience.

Proven, practical experience of working with children in an educational setting.

In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage to effectively support learning.

The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with children and colleagues.
