Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Horncastle and surrounding areas
Salary: £130 - £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you an inspiring EYFS Teacher ready to spark young imaginations?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and creative Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher (EYFS) to join a EYFS setting in Horncastle and surrounding areas that values early years education and encourages exploration, curiosity, and development through play and structured learning.

Responsibilities:

Deliver well-planned, stimulating lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners.
Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and parents to meet the individual needs of pupils.
Promote positive behaviour and social development through effective classroom management strategies.
Requirements:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible, enthusiastic approach and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
