Graduate Engineer
Must have full right to work in Ireland – no visa sponsorship available.
Salary: €33,000 - €39,000  
Location: Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Interview Process: One-stage, on-site
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re working with a leading provider of HVAC services across Ireland’s pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare sectors. They’re now hiring a Graduate Engineer with around 12 months’ experience to join their growing Validation Team.
This is your chance to progress quickly in a role that offers full technical development, exposure to industry leaders, and a clear route to certification and advancement.

Graduate Engineer duties:

Assist with HVAC system and cleanroom validation in live pharmaceutical and hospital settings.
Learn to interpret GMP documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
Compile structured validation reports and system documentation using Microsoft Office.
Support environmental monitoring, airflow testing, and system performance analysis.
Gain on-site experience in audits, inspections, and real-time troubleshooting.Graduate Engineer Experience:

Level 7 Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Process, Building Services or similar).
1 year+ hands-on experience in an engineering, technical, or field-based role.
A meticulous eye for detail—especially for documentation and regulated environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Full clean driving licence.
Exposure to HVAC systems or the pharmaceutical/cleanroom sector is a bonus, not a must.
