About the role
Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting a passionate and inspiring history teacher for a thriving 3-form entry school located in the beautiful and well-connected area of Three Rivers, Hertfordshire.

This part-time, permanent position begins on 1st September 2025 and is ideal for a qualified teacher looking to make a real impact in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Key responsibilities
• Teach history across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking
• Contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking humanities department
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their academic potential

What we’re looking for
• Qualified teacher status (QTS)
• Experience teaching history at KS3–KS5
• A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive education
• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
