💰 Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 + Benefits

🔎 Overview:
We’re hiring a Junior Business Analyst with commercial flair and a sharp analytical mindset to join our growing team. This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to make it your own and directly influence how data shapes strategic decisions across the business.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Director, Managing Director, Finance Director, and Operations Director, supporting costing, pricing, forecasting, and performance insight. If you're early in your career and ready to step up — this is a rare chance to work closely with senior leadership and make a real commercial impact.

đź§© Key Responsibilities:



Own and deliver monthly commercial reporting and performance analysis

Drive data-led insights to support decisions across sales, operations, and finance

*

Support the costing process including scenario modelling and margin analysis

*

Contribute to pricing reviews to optimise revenue and profitability

*

Deliver accurate forecasts and support the S&OP process with robust data

*

Work on optimisation projects including product and customer rationalisation

*

Define and monitor KPIs to assess business performance

*

Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

*

Build data dashboards and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools

*

Collaborate across departments to align insights with business goals

*

Present findings clearly to senior stakeholders with practical recommendations

👤 What We’re Looking For:

A commercially minded analyst with strong numeracy and business acumen

*

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or SQL is a bonus

*

Experience analysing data and visualising insights clearly

*

Confident communicator — able to explain complex ideas simply

*

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable engaging with senior teams

*

Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

*

Driven to learn, grow, and deliver real value

🎓 Qualifications:

*

A Levels or equivalent; degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or similar preferred

*

Familiarity with S&OP, costing, or commercial reporting is a plus
