My client is looking for a Junior SharePoint & M365 Developer to join our collaborative Data Delivery Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with access to fully-funded training and exciting development projects from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate with our team to develop and test new features for our in-house EDRMS built on SharePoint Online.

Triage and support 1st and 2nd line support tickets, with a pathway to progress into 3rd line support.

Help maintain and enhance scripts and automation workflows using PowerShell and M365 tools.

Create clear and helpful documentation for internal use and knowledge bases.

Contribute to building out capabilities across the M365 ecosystem, including Purview, retention policies, and workflow solutions.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Office365, and SharePoint Online.

Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to solving IT issues.

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and data retention best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Knowledge:

Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.

Awareness of data protection principles (PII) and secure coding practices.

Understanding of ETL processes and data workflows.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

Exposure to AWS Lambda or other cloud services.

Experience with document management systems or workflow generation tools.

Familiarity with project methodologies and Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Awareness of SLAs and how tech decisions affect users.

Microsoft or AWS certifications – don’t worry if you don’t have them yet, we’ll support you to get there.
