Are you an enthusiastic Physics teacher ready to take the next step in your teaching journey? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of ambitious and supportive secondary schools in Kettering that are looking for talented Physics teachers to join their Science departments from September 2025.

Whether you're newly qualified or bringing years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to spark curiosity in young minds and help students grasp the forces, laws, and mysteries that govern the universe.

About the role:

Teaching Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching available in some schools

Delivering lessons that blend theory with practical experimentation and real-world relevance

Encouraging scientific thinking, problem-solving, and a love for inquiry

Tracking progress and helping students develop the confidence to succeed in exams

Contributing to a collaborative and forward-thinking Science department

We're looking for candidates who:

Hold QTS or equivalent and have experience teaching Physics in secondary schools

Are passionate about Physics and science education

Can deliver lessons that engage, challenge, and inspire learners

Have strong classroom management and organisational skills

Are open to both temporary and permanent roles
