Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities:

In this rewarding role, you will:

Deliver imaginative and engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of every student.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.
Plan, prepare, and present lessons that spark curiosity and encourage active participation.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear, constructive feedback that helps students grow and thrive.
Maintain a safe and well-managed classroom that promotes mutual respect, collaboration, and a sense of community.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, offering regular updates on student development and working together to support each child's journey.
Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching at the Primary level
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners
