This boutique Salesforce Partner is enjoying some fantastic growth and now needs an ambitious Principal Salesforce Consultant to join their talented team.

If you are a Salesforce Consultant who has a strong blend of technical and functional skills then this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key, lead role across the full lifecycle of projects.

Responsibilities:
In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to design and implement cutting-edge Salesforce solutions to solve real world business problems. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects across the full lifecycle, direct more junior members of the team, wear different hats and test your skills in an environment that values expertise, creativity, and career growth.

You will take ownership of Salesforce projects, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. Your day-to-day will include:

Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges.
Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Hands-on configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom solutions when needed.
Overseeing data migration, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
Driving project success, managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
Mentoring junior consultants, sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.Requirements:
You will need to be a dynamic, hands-on Principal Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You might currently be working at a Salesforce Boutique and looking for a change, or perhaps you're in a large consultancy or SI and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast-paced environment where you can wear different hats and make an impact.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions across the full project lifecycle.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
Deep functional expertise, including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
Hands-on Configuration skills
Technical capabilities, with hands-on experience OR a good understanding of Apex, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, data modelling, integration.
Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential).
Salesforce Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.While you don’t need to be a full-time coder or developer, you will ideally have some hands-on experience or at least a strong knowledge and will be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.

Competitive salary from £75,000 to £85,000
Highly achievable annual bonus (paid quarterly), c£5,000-£8,000
