Salary: M1 – UPS3 per annum (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently recruiting a committed and knowledgeable Science Teacher to join a vibrant school in Hull this September. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive science department where innovation and enthusiasm are highly valued.

Role Overview:
As a Science Teacher, you will be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across Key Stages. You'll promote scientific inquiry, support students’ academic progress, and play an active role in departmental development.

Role Responsibilities:

Teach Science, covering both general topics and your specialism.
Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and differentiated lessons.
Track and assess student progress to inform future learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.
Encourage a love for science and motivate learners of all abilities.
Requirements for Science Teacher:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics with good curriculum knowledge.
Strong classroom presence with effective behaviour management.
ECTs Welcome to Apply.
Commitment to inclusive teaching and student wellbeing.
Have a current CV covering the last 10 years (with explanations for any gaps) and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
