Your day-to-day:

Create smart pricing strategies across millions of SKUs to optimise revenue and margins 📊💡

Collaborate with marketing to set up dashboards and track performance on Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and more 📈

Analyse customer journeys, loyalty programmes, and conversion funnels to boost repeat purchases and lifetime value 🔍💙

Lead A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve user experience and sales conversions 🧪✅

Own the valuation engine for our re-commerce brand and evolve competitor insight tools to keep us ahead of the game 🎯

You are:

Experienced with large data sets and skilled in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel (macros & VBA) 🔢

Comfortable working with e-commerce data from platforms like Google Analytics and Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.

A confident problem solver with a numerate degree (Maths, Stats, or similar) and 5+ years' experience 🎓📚

Independent, proactive, and able to present insights clearly to senior teams

A great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment 🤝

🚨 IMPORTANT: Candidates must clearly mention the following in their CV or they will not be considered:

Previous analytical experience, especially in pricing or revenue optimisation roles. Backgrounds in comparison shopping portals, price comparison sites, airlines, car rental, or DTC e-commerce brands are a big plus.

Proven experience working with very large data sets, from ingestion through to analysis.

Familiarity with e-commerce analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, etc.

Experience owning projects that lead to real, measurable business changes, with continuous testing and optimisation cycles.

A degree from a good university with at least a 2:1 in Maths, Statistics, or a numerate discipline, alongside strong A Levels.

Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience.

Advanced numeracy skills (will be tested).

Expert SQL skills.

Essential experience with Power BI.

Advanced Excel skills including macros and VBA.

Python experience is an advantage.

Ability to work independently, managing high-level briefs and liaising across departments.

Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.

Ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
