Hays Software Engineering are looking for a Senior Developer to join a Derivatives team within a world-renowned Investment Management business to own developments within their Calypso & Broadridge platforms.
What you will be doing:

Drive Innovation: Lead enhancements for Calypso and Broadridge SFCM, shaping their future to better serve front, middle, and back-office users.
Lead & Mentor: Share expertise, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices in high-performance coding and system design.
Tackle Complexities: Solve critical technical challenges in a dynamic financial tech environment, ensuring systems remain cutting-edge.
Maximise Impact: Continuously optimise workflows, boost data accuracy, and elevate performance to align with business needs and drive innovation.

What we are looking for:

Strong knowledge of Java & Python with deep knowledge of UNIX environments.
Experience with Calypso API and Integration.
Advanced knowledge of XML/XSLT.
Experience with SQL Server.
Financial Services experience is a must (preferably Derivatives)
