The Role:
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll take the lead in partnering with a key business unit. Your focus will be on budgeting, reforecasting, and delivering impactful commercial insights that drive performance. This is a role that will stretch both your technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a finance partner to a regional team, providing meaningful analysis and actionable insights.

Build and enhance scalable reporting tools to monitor financial performance and drive better decision-making.

Be a lead model builder within a state-of-the-art FP&A platform and work with various reporting tools.

Produce monthly reporting packs for C-level stakeholders and contribute to strategic business discussions.

Support critical projects through detailed data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist with strong academic record).

Excellent systems skills - advanced Excel essential; familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, BigQuery is a big advantage.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Confident communicator with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.

FP&A or commercial finance experience preferred, but those from a top-tier practice background will also be considered.
