What you'll be doing as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Build strong client relationships - through regular calls, meetings, and smart social media engagement.
Drive new business - identify leads, pitch recruitment solutions, and cross-sell across our brands.
Hit your targets - meet weekly activity goals and deliver on sales and gross profit expectations.
Know your numbers - keep on top of KPIs, track your pipeline, and manage client accounts in our CRM.
Support your team - contribute to briefs, meetings, and help coach where needed.
Keep clients engaged - handle reviews, feedback, and re-ignite lapsed accounts.
Stay in the know - bring insights on market trends, competitor moves, and local pay rates.
Own your patch - focus on growing your territory through consistent outreach and smart targeting.
Pitch with purpose - present tailored recruitment solutions that land well and deliver value.
Represent the brand - be a pro in how you show up - online, in person, and in everything you do.What you'll bring as a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

Proven sales success - at least 1 year smashing targets in a recruitment environment, ideally Industrial.
Confident communicator - you know how to connect, influence, and close.
Natural negotiator - you can handle objections and land the deal.
Commercial mindset - numbers matter, and you know how to use them to drive results.
Strong networker - building relationships comes naturally, online and in person.
Self-motivated & driven - you own your goals and push to exceed them.
