In return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at £39,328.93 and rising incrementally to £42,567.02 per annum.

About the Service Manager role:

As the first Service Manager at Single Homeless Project's (SHP’s) brand new Westminster Harrow Road Assessment Hub, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic responses to street homelessness. This isn’t just management - it’s the chance to lead a skilled, passionate team delivering intensive, life-affirming support in an area with some of the highest levels of need in London. Every day brings new challenges, fast decisions, and the opportunity to make an immediate difference to our clients lives.
You’ll oversee a highly motivated team working quickly and compassionately to assess needs, open up housing pathways, and connect people with vital services - from healthcare and immigration advice to long-term housing and reconnection with their home boroughs. Through your leadership, you’ll ensure the hub runs smoothly and effectively, reducing time spent on the streets and creating space for lasting change. About you:
Strong background in homelessness, housing, or support services.
Confident in leading multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.
Understands trauma-informed care and the importance of personalised, outcome-focused support.
Skilled and experienced in building partnerships and navigating complex systems with confidence and clarity.
Committed to making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable people.
Our attractive benefits package includes:
A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am – 4pm) in non-accommodation services
25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days (plus paid Bank Holidays),
A contributory pension scheme: Single Homeless Project will contribute the equivalent of 5% of your annual salary
