Workday Technical Lead

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Flexible, Hybrid working available.

Salary: Circa £65-70k

Join us as a Workday Technical Lead!
Be part of an exciting transformation as we enhance our Workday platform. You'll lead key improvements, integrate new features, and help shape a seamless colleague experience. If you're hands-on with Workday and love turning business needs into smart solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

Experience with Workday HCM and other modules (Advanced Compensation, Recruiting).
Proficiency in integrations, reporting, calculated fields, and security.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Experience with additional People technologies is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
