I’m working with an innovative fintech headquartered in America that’s quietly making waves in the digital payments space. They've recently gained international recognition through startup accelerators and growth academies and are backed by top-tier investors with a track record in scaling meaningful tech.

This company is building a brand-new payments infrastructure aimed at helping millions manage money across borders, focusing on financial inclusion, stability, and real-world impact. Their engineering team is scaling fast in the UK and the opportunity to shape this from the ground up is rare.

I'm hiring up to 15 Java Engineers, from mid-level to Lead Engineering roles. Tech stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, Kafka, AWS, MongoDB and modern data tools.

Salary upto £140k + bonus and equity. Three stage interview process but they can turn around in less than 4 days!
