Background:

At Agilio, we help healthcare teams spend less time on admin and more time delivering patient care. Our software simplifies day-to-day operations across primary care, dental, pharmacy, hospital and veterinary organisations, giving clinicians more time to focus on the people and animals who need them. With ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for talented people to join us and help make that difference.

* Produce monthly and quarterly ARR reports

* Use ARR reporting and trends to help support FP&A in the forecasting of ARR

* Use SQL and data analysis skills to explore billing and revenue datasets

Data quality and systems

* Check the quality of monthly ARR outputs and bridges

* Own ARR-to-revenue reconciliation each month

* Review financial and commercial datasets. Identify mismatches, investigate discrepancies and work with the relevant teams to resolve them.

* Clean and integrate ARR data from acquisitions.

* Act as a Dashboard superuser and help teams follow best practice.

* Provide ad hoc analysis and find ways to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

* Explain revenue movements and findings clearly to stakeholders. Answer questions about the analysis and help colleagues make informed decisions.

You are not expected to lead large or board-level presentations. FP&A handles these.

Skills and experience

* Experience in recurring revenue or SaaS analysis, financial modelling, forecasting and reconciliation.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality. You can reconcile and interpret financial and commercial data, spot inconsistencies and investigate discrepancies.

* Intermediate SQL and Power BI skills are required.

* Basic knowledge of data warehouses and data pipelines.

* Comfortable working in Databricks. Previous Databricks experience is desirable, but not essential.

* Clear communication with stakeholders, including senior colleagues. You can explain findings, take ownership of reporting and work across teams.
