We're supporting a major consulting and technology organisation delivering large-scale Data and AI transformation programmes across Financial Services.

The focus is leading complex delivery programmes across data, AI, governance, transformation and enterprise change within banking environments.

Hiring across multiple levels, from Delivery Managers through to senior leadership.

What you'll be doing

• Leading large-scale data and AI transformation programmes

• Managing cross-functional delivery teams across business and technology

• Supporting implementation, remediation and advisory projects

• Working closely with senior stakeholders and client leadership

• Translating technical requirements into business outcomes

• Driving programme delivery across modern data environments

Python, SQL

Jira, Confluence, Agile/SaFe

Modern data architecture and governance environments

Requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale data or AI programmes

• Strong stakeholder and programme leadership capability

• Experience across Banking or regulated Financial Services

• Understanding of modern data platforms and AI transformation

• Strong communication, delivery and consulting skills

Open to candidates from Manager through to Associate Director level.
