Hiring: ERP Data Solutions Architect (Contract/Permanent) – Dublin, Ireland 🌍

Are you an expert in SAP data architecture and enterprise integrations? We’re looking for a ERP Data Solutions Architect to lead critical initiatives in SAP Cloud ERP implementation, data migration, and M&A integrations—driving scalable, high-quality data foundations across the business.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Act as the technical and functional lead for SAP Cloud ERP data architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business goals.

Design and execute data integration and migration strategies, especially for onboarding newly acquired entities.

Own end-to-end architecture across current, transitional, and future-state ERP data landscapes.

Collaborate with Finance, HR, CRM, IT, and M&A teams to define seamless data integration and migration plans.

Lead data modelling, mapping, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across ERP systems.

Perform enterprise-wide master data impact analysis (e.g., Customer, Vendor, COA, Profit Centre, Cost Centre).

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across ERP modules and integrated platforms.

Align ERP data with enterprise platforms like Snowflake, Informatica, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

Drive automation, analytics, and reporting enhancements through robust data architecture.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).

Lead ERP data solution roadmaps, POCs, and continuous platform improvements.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and data teams.

🧠 What You Bring

7+ years of experience in ERP data architecture, with strong focus on SAP ecosystems.

Deep expertise in SAP Cloud ERP data models, integration patterns, and MDM.

Proven experience in M&A integrations, ERP migrations, and data harmonisation.

Strong understanding of enterprise master data structures (Customer, Vendor, Project, COA, etc.).

Hands-on experience with ERP APIs, integration frameworks, and real-time/batch data pipelines.

Proficiency in ABAP, SQL/PLSQL, and exposure to Snowflake/SnowSQL.

Experience with Informatica (IDMC), enterprise integration tools, and cloud data platforms.

Solid knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data architectures.

Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Proven ability to deliver in complex, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
