Head of Data & Analytics - London

Hybrid working - £100K plus bonus

I'm working with a growing organisation looking for an experiencedHead of Data & Analytics to own their data strategy, platform and analytics function.

This is ahands-on leadership role, managing a small team while remaining technically involved where needed. You'll have real ownership of the data agenda and the opportunity to shape how data is used across the business.

• Own and deliver theData & Analytics strategy

• Manage and develop asmall data team

• Stayhands-on technically when required

• Lead the architecture and optimisation ofMicrosoft Fabric, Databricks & Power BI

• Overseedata engineering, pipelines, lakes, warehouses and integrations

• Driveadvanced analytics, predictive modelling and ML

• Partner with senior stakeholders to turn data intoactionable business insight

• Championself-service BI and Power BI

• Owndata governance, quality, security and compliance

• Identify new technologies and opportunities to driveinnovation

We're looking for a senior data leader with a strong technical background and the ability to operate strategically.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience leading aData & Analytics function

• StrongMicrosoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI experience

• A background acrossdata engineering, architecture and analytics

• Experience managing asmall team

• The ability and willingness to remainhands-on

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including atC-suite level

• A good understanding ofdata governance and security
