Project Manager - Business Change & Transformation
Location: London / Hybrid (around 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + bonus
Type: Permanent

We've been partnering with this property business for a number of years now, and they're looking for a Project Manager to join their transformation team.

It's a really varied role where you'll be responsible for delivering a mix of business and technology change projects, alongside managing the PMO and governance across the wider portfolio.

The team is fairly lean, so they're looking for someone who's happy to be hands-on, can manage multiple priorities and is comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.

Some of the projects you'll be involved in include:

• HR system improvements, working alongside a specialist partner

• Data and data warehouse projects

• A major property management system upgrade

• Process improvement and value stream development

• Document management and improving ways of working

• Wider operational and business change projects

What you'll be doing:

• Managing projects end to end, from planning through to delivery

• Managing PMO governance, reporting and RAID logs across the portfolio

• Working with stakeholders across the business to manage priorities and keep things moving

• Supporting the development of processes, SOPs and consistent ways of working

What they're looking for:

• Experience delivering multiple projects within a business change or transformation environment

• A good mix of hands-on project delivery and PMO experience

• Strong planning, governance and risk management skills

• Someone confident dealing with senior stakeholders and challenging where needed

• Comfortable working in a smaller team where you'll need to get stuck in

• A practical, delivery-focused approach
