We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5,000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset Data Manager to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role will be to analyse property related data to extract insights and support decision-making. You will be responsible for Collecting, cleaning, and organising property data from various sources and performing statistical analysis and interpreting data trends. You will be expected to create visualisations and reports to present findings to colleagues. You will also be Identifying patterns and making recommendations and challenge based on data analysis.

To succeed you’ll have a Degree level qualification in a numerical subject, or equivalent experience shown through your career. It would also be beneficial for the successful candidate to have a high level of programming skill in SQL and experience of using SSRS reporting and ideally one other dash-boarding technology such as Power BI or Tableaux.
