New opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a newly created in-house team within a Legal and Insurance business. The role will focus on the planning, implementation, creation of digital marketing and producing campaigns that will help to generate new inbound business enquiries into the 2 firms. Clients of the firms are both businesses and consumers so experience of both B2B and B2C marketing in a regulated environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and overseeing innovative marketing campaigns aimed at generating new business enquiries.

  • Utilising SEO, PPC, and web analytics to monitor performance and optimise campaigns, resulting in improved website traffic and ultimately increased enquiries for both firms. Website development and general maintenance across the multiple WordPress sites of the two firms in the Group.

  • Creating and managing digital content strategies, with a strong emphasis on improving brand awareness, whilst increasing audience engagement across all our social platforms.

  • Driving end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from strategic planning to content creation and execution, aligning initiatives with the firm’s overarching business objectives.

  • Responsible for tracking, analysing and reporting on key metrics including ROI, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality. Ensure both firms remain fully compliant with GDPR, PECR, and data governance best practices.

    Ideally the role will be office-based in Manchester with travel required as and when to some of the other offices in the north of England. Hybrid work would also be considered once established in the role.

    Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns across different channels.

  • Proven track record and strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.

  • Proficiency with Web Analytics tools, understanding of SEO and website management.

  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • The ideal candidate will have Law/Legal & Insurance industry experience, or 1 or the other as a minimum
