Design Scalable Training Programs — create content, digital modules, videos, and workshops that empower teams worldwide.

Deliver Operational Programs That Drive Performance — from onboarding to product launches and seasonal campaigns, you’ll roll out initiatives that create momentum.

Inspire & Activate Store Teams — energize the frontlines with motivational tools that spark connection, commitment, and excellence.

Collaborate Without Borders — partner with regional retail leads and local trainers to bring global strategies to life.

Shape the Future — bring insights to the global retail strategy and stay ahead of trends in service, learning, and luxury retail.

What You Bring:

Experience leading retail training, service, or program design—especially in luxury, premium retail, or hospitality.

Background in global or cross-market roles—ideally within both company-owned and franchised structures.

Project management mastery: juggling multiple time zones and deliverables like a pro.

A degree in Business, Marketing, Education—or simply a proven track record of results.

Bonus if you know digital learning platforms and adult learning principles.
