Entry-Level Account Manager

Ready to launch your sales career? Our client in Luton is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Entry-Level Account Manager to join their dynamic team!

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a spark for sales and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team. You'll be a natural communicator who's not just comfortable, but thrives on the phone, turning conversations into new business opportunities.

This role offers a perfect 50/50 split between proactively winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships, so you'll need a proactive mindset and a proven ability to manage your workload effectively, gained from previous office-based roles.

Most importantly, you will be money-motivated and eager to build a rewarding career in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with new prospects through targeted outbound calls and strategic cold calling.

  • Identify and research new business opportunities online to expand the client base.

  • Present offerings effectively via email, sharing brochures, flyers, and promotions.

  • Diligently follow up on leads and conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential clients.

  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales progress.

  • Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to innovate and execute winning sales strategies.

    The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • A natural ability to negotiate and calmly resolve any customer queries or concerns.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
