As a Global Franchise Manager, you’ll be the vital link between HQ, regional teams, and franchise partners in markets around the world. You’re not just ensuring contracts are honoured—you’re the guardian of excellence, performance, and brand integrity.

You’ll blend strategic thinking with execution power, turning global initiatives into real-world success at franchise locations from Dubai to Paris, Seoul to São Paulo. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t just keep the machine running—you fine-tune it, optimise it, and elevate it.

Your Key Missions:

Franchise Agreement Management

Craft, negotiate, and lead the lifecycle of franchise agreements with precision.

Track every detail—renewals, amendments, compliance—like a pro.

Ensure franchisees deliver on every standard and every promise.

Performance Monitoring & Support

Own the data. Understand the story. Drive the outcomes.

Monitor KPIs, sales, and profitability across international markets.

Spot what’s lagging, spark what’s working, and strategise what’s next.

Global Program Implementation

Partner with Ops, Training, Marketing, and Service teams to execute big.

Launch global initiatives in local markets—consistently, flawlessly.

Align performance triggers (like bonus structures or discounts) with precision.

Franchise Development Insights

Use analytics to uncover growth opportunities and performance risks.

Influence franchise expansion decisions with grounded, data-led insight.

Collaborate with Legal and Finance to negotiate new deals that drive success.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Background):



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations—or just raw experience that wins.
