Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

Summary

It's all about our people.
You will be responsible for owning all the people systems and data to ensure legally compliant and accurate data management is in place. You will work alongside the People Services Manager to manage the People & Culture database and other people-based systems for a seamless user experience. You will co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide appropriate and timely reporting on people data.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for HR system and People data matters

Supporting system administration and configuration of HR systems (including but not limited to Element Suite) including supporting system upgrades

Regularly cleansing and auditing data ensuring that HR systems are being utilised correctly and efficiently

Identifying, suggesting, and delivering process and system improvements

Collate and distribute standard management reports and data outputs in line with agreed schedules

Creating, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, demonstrating awareness of HR metrics

Presenting, communicating and disseminating data analysis outputs, making data-based recommendations to support strategic decisions

Train and support end users to ensure that they are utilising systems correctly, and are able to interpret data outputs

Maintaining internal and external system and process guidance

Undertake project work, as directed by the People Services Manager

Assist the wider People & Culture Team with any general related tasks, as and when required

Technical Requirements:

Advanced level with Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, Data Models & DAX

Strong experience with all Microsoft Applications (including Microsoft Forms, Power Automate & Power BI)

HRIS systems expertise – system setup, configuration and troubleshooting (Element Suite)

Automation & Process Improvement – HRIS or external resources

Good working knowledge of GDPR, SOX & Compliance

Working knowledge of Integration & APIs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of html & json desirable

Basic knowledge of SQL desirable
