The Role - IT Installation Engineer, Medical IT Systems

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Installation Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for:

Leading, directing and ensuring and the success of new installations and upgrades of IT healthcare systems, including operating systems, Oracle databases and applications
Designing and documenting a technically optimal installation or upgrade path
Assisting the project manager with the detailed planning of the upgrade or installation
Ensuring that projects are documented and all processes are followed
Providing adequate support during the go-live phase
Your Background - IT Installation Engineer, Medical IT Systems

To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in an IT Installation Engineer, IT systems administration, technical support or service role and have experience in the following:

Oracle / SQL - queries, updates and deletes
Windows - 2003 experience, active directory and some basic networking knowledge
VMWare
