Job Title: IT Systems Support Technician (Entry-Level)
📍 Location: Uckfield, East Sussex (On-site)
💰 Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (DOE)
🕒 Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

About the Role:
Join a growing software business as an IT Support Technician, where you'll receive hands-on training and be part of a friendly, collaborative team. You'll provide technical support to clients across the UK, resolving software, hardware, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote and on-site support for bespoke business management and eCommerce software

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs and servers

Manage SQL databases and client/server/network security

Configure LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems

Deliver training and support to customers as needed

What We're Looking For:

Some experience or education in IT (qualification or previous role preferred)

Knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking, and SQL

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Full driving licence and access to a car (occasional travel required to clients with implementation team, expenses covered)
