Junior Salesforce Developer

Junior Salesforce Developer required by a leading professional membership organisation in London.

The role:

This non-profit organisation has a dynamic technology environment and as the Junior Salesforce Developer you will play a key role in assisting with the support and ongoing development of the Salesforce platform.

You will join a small and dynamic Salesforce team and will carry out a variety of tasks, from improving processes and driving adoption, testing and bud fixing, through to supporting projects to enhance build or configure new features and functionality. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising with colleagues in a range of functions, responding to BAU requests and incidents, and will also support a Salesforce to Salesforce data migration, as part of the organisation’s upgrade from classic to lightning.

To be considered you will be a Salesforce Developer with hands on development skills and will possess basic data migration experience using an ETL tool.

Skills required:

Hands-on Salesforce development experience with skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch Classes
Data migration experience, ideally with experience of tools such as Data Loader, Jitterbit, MuleSoft (Dataloader.io) or similar
Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle and DevOps Tools like GIT, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to design and maintain reports and dashboards 

You will hold Salesforce Certifications (ideally Platform Developer I) and in addition to your Salesforce skills, you should be a strong communicator with good team working skills. You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach and a keen problem solver with a hands-on, proactive attitude.

This organisation can offer a lot of flexibility, and this is a hybrid role which will see you work in the fantastic Central London office 2 times per week, with 3 days remotely.
