About the role:

Design engaging and tailored lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and inspire          
       students to reach their full potential.   

Use creative and effective strategies to manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
Develop meaningful relationships with students by adopting a proactive, compassionate, and supportive approach.
Foster an inclusive, dynamic classroom where curiosity flourishes and students feel confident and supported in their learning journey.

The ideal candidate must:

Have the right to work within the UK
Previous experience working in a classroom setting is essential
DBS registered on the update system or willing to obtain one
Comfortable and flexible in diverse learning environments.
Strong understanding of the Science curriculum
Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively.
QTS, PGCE, or an overseas teaching qualification equivalent to UK
Marking and lesson planning are vital to this role
