Job Title: Science Teacher

Salary: £120-£190 a day

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Science lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5)
Develop engaging and challenging lesson plans that spark student's interest in Science
Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support
Help prepare students for exams and support their scientific learning journey
Collaborate with the Science department to share resources and teaching strategies
Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management

What We Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Combined Sciences)
Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential)
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
Passion for Science and a commitment to motivating students
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
