Senior FP&A Analyst - Projects

Talented People are pleased to be representing a UK wide business in the search for a Senior FP&A Analyst based in Wokingham.

This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 dependent on experience and offer hybrid working where there is a requirement to go into the office 3 days a week and 2 at home.

This is a more project focused position rather than just reporting, offering significant opportunities to contribute to transformation projects, improve processes, and develop broader FP&A and business partnering skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing improvement of ROI reporting for acquisitions, enhancing methodology, efficiency, and output quality

  • Drive EPM system development with support from third-party developers—identifying and delivering initiatives to improve scalability, automation, and user experience

  • Act as EPM system administrator: manage hierarchies, user access, and data integration from source systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, Data Lake)

  • Maintain and enhance a suite of reporting tools to meet the needs of various stakeholders across the business

  • Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes for specific divisions

  • Support strategic projects such as the Five-Year Plan, Data Lake integration, and acquisition KPI reporting

    Experience required:

  • Expert-level Excel skills, including Power Query

  • 3+ years’ post-qualification experience (CIMA / ACCA)

  • Proven experience developing and working with EPM systems

  • Strong analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach

  • Experience in working within a finance department on a project basis as well as experience running normal financial planning activities.
