This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing private equity-backed companies. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, planning, and commercial decision-making, working directly with senior finance and operational leaders.

What You’ll Do:



Build and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and 3–5 year plans

*

Partner with commercial and operational teams to turn data into decisions

*

Analyse variances, KPIs, and business drivers across multiple entities or verticals

*

Support the creation of Board packs, investor decks, and ad hoc performance insights

*

Identify risks and opportunities across revenue, margin, and operational spend

About You:

*

2–4 years in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or as a Financial Analyst in a fast-paced environment

*

Excellent Excel/modelling skills (Power BI or SQL a bonus)

*

Strong communicator — able to translate numbers into strategy

*

Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)

*

Bonus: Experience in a PE-backed or multi-entity business
