Location:

What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver creative, impactful and practical work that helps our clients develop their people, grow their leaders, and build brilliant places to work. From leadership development to culture change, you’ll bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a variety of projects.
You’ll work really closely with colleagues across Fitzgerald to deliver high quality, joined-up support for our fantastic clients. You’ll build strong relationships with the organisations you work with, understand what they need, and deliver learning and OD interventions that make a big difference to the way they operate. Whether you’re facilitating a strategy workshop, designing a new leadership programme, or guiding a client through a restructure, your work will help people and organisations be the best they can be.
We think this is a super exciting role. Your responsibilities will be many and varied, but never boring. Here’s a brief summary of your day to day role:

  • Design and deliver a wide range of learning and organisational development projects that support individual, team and organisational growth.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both virtual and face-to-face, on topics like leadership, management, change, and culture.
  • Lead on the design and delivery of blended learning programmes and digital content.
  • Use diagnostic tools, surveys and interviews to understand what’s really going on in a client’s organisation.
  • Work closely with clients to co-create solutions that are practical and will help them reach their goals.
  • Create high-quality resources, toolkits and learning materials to support development across our client base.
  • Support clients with organisational change and development initiatives, including restructures, team development and engagement.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, writing proposals and joining client pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our L&OD offer and share knowledge across the business.
  • Keep up to date with best practice in learning and organisational development so we stay ahead of the curve.
    About you
You’re a confident and experienced Learning and OD professional with a track record of designing and delivering learning and development solutions that really land. You’ve worked across a range of leadership, culture and organisational development topics and know how to design and deliver people-centred initiatives. You’re passionate about helping individuals and organisations grow and have the know-how to turn your ideas into practical solutions.
You’re a brilliant facilitator; warm, engaging and adaptable. You love getting to the heart of a challenge and working with others to find the best way forward. You’ve got an eye for detail anda head for strategy (and, you know how to bring people with you on a journey, too).
You’re used to juggling different projects and staying on top of everything. You’re comfortable working with clients and building strong relationships, no matter their job title or status in the business. On top of that, you’re curious and always looking for ways to make things that little bit more effective.
If you’re the person people turn to when they need a spark of creativity or just a safe pair of hands to get things done… you’ll fit in brilliantly here.
The PerksWe’re probably biased, but we think this role is exciting, interesting, fun, challenging, full of growth opportunities… we could go on. All that aside, we also offer:
  • Competitive salary, £60k per annum, FTE.
  • 25 days holiday when you start employment with us, 27 days holiday after 1 year service, 29 days holiday after 2 years’ service + bank holidays.
  • 4% employer pension contributions (4% minimum employee contribution).
  • Medicash health cash plan insurance policy.
  • Access to an employee assistance programme which includes features such as 24/7 helpline for emotional and practical support.
  • Life assurance at 4 times basic salary.
  • Shopping discounts platform.
  • Monthly homeworking allowance with equipment provision.
  • Supported career qualifications.
  • Integration into a progressive, expanding business.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Social events and virtual gatherings.
    How to Apply
There are a few stages in our application process which help you get to know us as much as it helps us get to know you. This includes a written assessment, a virtual interview, psychometric testing and a concluding in-person meeting.
If this sounds good, and you think Fitzgerald could be the place for you,
APPLY NOW. We can’t wait to hear from you!
    Closing Date: 04th August 2025
We really want our workforce to be more representative of all sections of society and so we actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
