Service Analyst - Mobile Migration

Location: Chester/Hybrid
Contract Length: 12 Months initially
Daily Rate: From £350.00 (via Umbrella Company)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office, standard office hours

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with one of the world's leading financial institutions? Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Analyst - Mobile Migration to join their Corporate Mobile team in Chester. If you have a passion for service management and a keen interest in mobile telephony, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

About the Role:

As a Service Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the migration of mobile MDM. You'll work alongside an established team, engaging with stakeholders and driving the success of over 130k migrations to a next-gen platform. Your contributions will help shape the future of mobile services within the organization!

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting: Produce insightful reports to support risk and compliance activities related to user migrations and corporate mobile device lifecycle management.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders to devise a deployment plan, ensuring smooth communication throughout the migration process.
Data Analysis: Analyze demographic, usage, and spend data to create service outputs that enhance relationship management.
Facilitation: Assist in planning customer engagement and continual service improvement sessions while acting as a scribe for the Service Manager.
Incident Analysis: Conduct periodic incident and aged ticket analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Ad Hoc Reporting: Manage business reporting requests, empowering the business to self-serve based on reporting needs.
Knowledge Management: Review and update end-user and service desk material for clarity and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work with the company-owned AI Assistant support tool to enhance support flows during the migration effort.
Backlog Management: Collaborate with supporting teams to manage and prioritize improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For:

Experience: Mid-level experience in an analytical role within the Financial Services sector.
Education: Degree-level education or equivalent work experience.
ITIL V4 Qualification is preferred.Essential Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset.
Expertise in process definition and optimization (e.g., Visio, BPMN 2.0).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, MS SQL Server).
Excellent presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint).
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, both upwards and downwards.Why Join Us?
