The Role:
We are experiencing a period of exciting growth and to support this we are scaling up our back-office integrations service team to help meet demand. With our continued expansion we have a vacancy for a brand-new Technical Integrator.
The successful candidate will be part of a wider team working closely with the Integrations Manager, with responsibilities for delivering best in class integration services along with technical support to a wide variety of businesses.
The position is based in our modern, air-conditioned, Leeds office and includes a combination of office and home working arrangements. Typically the role allows 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, although this is subject to change at any time. It’s also worth noting that the first few months in the role would be more so 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home which will allow a smoother onboarding process along with a more thorough understanding of the business/training.
Key responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:


  • Reporting directly into the Integration & Gateway Manager.

  • Liaising across a wide variety of third parties including clients, banks and service providers.

  • Working closely with clients to resolve technical challenges and provide problem solving solutions.

  • Provide on-going technical assistance and support to our client success team.

  • Keep up-to-date with constantly changing integration API specifications.

  • Ensure that internal integration documentation is up-to-date.

What we are looking for from you:


  • Knowledge and experience of working in a technical environment.

  • Previous experience of working in a financial environment is an advantage.

  • Ability to problem solve.

  • Experience of self-managing workloads on a day-to-day basis and meeting SLA deadlines.

  • Personable communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and service providers via telephone, video conferencing and email.

  • Confidently work with colleagues across all levels of the wider business and possess the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical people.

  • A team player that is self-motivated with a desire to achieve and the ability to work on own initiative.

  • A multi-tasker with a keen eye on attention to detail.

  • Possess solid technical skills including HTML, PHP, SQL and Microsoft 365 suite of products.

  • £30-40k per annum depending on experience and skillset.
