Data Architect - (Financial Services) - Snowflake/ Databricks - London (Hybrid) - Up to £100,000

You will work with:

  • Leading Financial Services clients
  • Senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric)
  • Industry data providers
  • Cross-functional teams across strategy, architecture and delivery

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting delivery of data strategy and architecture engagements
  • Assessing current-state data landscapes and identifying inefficiencies
  • Designing target-state data models, frameworks, and roadmaps
  • Improving data governance, quality, and management processes
  • Contributing to client proposals, RFPs, and presentations
  • Supporting large-scale transformation programmes
  • Engaging stakeholders to define business and technical requirements
  • Working closely with senior team members to shape innovative client solutions

Key experience:

  • Experience in data architecture / data solutions within Investment Management or Wealth
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Data modelling, governance, MDM & reference data
    • Data platforms, analytics, reporting & BI
  • Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Snowflake & Databricks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in consulting or complex delivery environments
  • Exposure to proposals, RFPs, or client-facing work
