As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll be more than an event planner — you’ll be a joy-bringer, confidence-builder, and memory-maker. You’ll work closely with our residents and their families to design exciting, personalised activity programmes that cater to every personality, passion, and ability. Whether it’s arranging a lively quiz night, a quiet art session, or an outing to the local theatre, your days will be filled with variety, purpose, and the chance to make a genuine difference.

🌈 Key Responsibilities:



Develop imaginative, fun, and inclusive activity programmes tailored to individual interests

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families to understand personal stories and preferences

*

Encourage participation and engagement across all physical and cognitive abilities

*

Organise community involvement, from local volunteers to outings and intergenerational projects

*

Collaborate with care teams to support residents' holistic wellbeing

*

Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, cultural events, and life milestones in style

Capture moments of joy through storytelling, photography, or memory books
