Our client, a leading global organisation, is partnering with a prestigious end client based in Nottingham. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to join a dynamic and agile development team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Job Title: Salesforce Lead
Location: Onsite – Nottingham, UK
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)
Day Rate: Inside IR35 £500 - Flexible

About the Role:

In this position, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies while mentoring a team of developers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions in line with business requirements and best practices.

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and admins.

  • Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end solutions.

  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development standards.

  • Oversee sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations, and recommend enhancements.

    Key Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce .com Standard Objects and custom development (objects, fields, data modeling).

  • Experience in SFDC configuration: Page Layouts, Lightning App Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Reports, etc.

  • Advanced skills in Apex (Classes, Triggers, APIs), VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Experience with JEST for LWC testing.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Proven experience in multi-system integration and design patterns.

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Bitbucket.

  • Salesforce certifications including PD2 and Admin (minimum of four total required)
