Salary:  £90-£110 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

About the role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll make a real difference in student’s lives! You’ll help teachers bring lessons to life and create a classroom where everyone feels supported. Whether you’re working one-on-one or in small groups, you’ll guide students through challenges and help them reach their full potential. Your role will be key in helping every child succeed and thrive!

Role Accountabilities:

Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils who require additional help.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and lesson preparation.
Role Requirements:

Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a school environment.
A true passion for education and a strong desire to see students succeed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teachers and students.
The ability to adapt and support various learning styles and classroom dynamics.
An updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
